AFTERCARE GUIDE

Skin Booster Aftercare Instructions

You received a skin booster treatment today.

General care

  • Right after treatment, small bumps, redness, swelling, bruising, and needle marks can appear and usually settle within a few days.
  • Do not press the bumps with your fingers.
  • Cleanse and apply makeup lightly today; do not rub the skin or use scrub products.
  • Avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, hot baths, swimming, and strenuous exercise for about a week.
  • Stop irritating cosmetics such as retinol, AHA/BHA, high-strength vitamin C, and peels for 5–7 days.
  • Use plenty of moisturizer and repair cream, and apply sunscreen carefully when outdoors.
  • Have meridian massage, facials, and laser treatments only after the skin has fully recovered.
  • Collagen-stimulating boosters show gradual change over several weeks.
  • Whether to massage depends on the product — do so only if the clinic instructed you.
