AFTERCARE GUIDE

Lifting Aftercare Instructions

You received a lifting treatment today.

General care

  • Redness, swelling, warmth, soreness, bruising, or tenderness to the touch can appear temporarily.
  • Avoid alcohol, saunas, hot baths, and strenuous exercise for about a week.
  • Use plenty of moisturizer and sunscreen.

Care by treatment

Ultrasound lifting

Soreness, tingling, reduced sensation, or swelling can occur when chewing or washing your face. Do not press or massage the treated area firmly.

RF lifting

Redness, warmth, and swelling can occur. Ice packs on the same day may reduce the effect; avoid very hot environments and skin irritation.

Microwave lifting

Warmth and swelling can occur in the treated area. Do not knead or compress the area firmly.

Thread lifting

For 1–2 weeks avoid opening your mouth wide, big laughs, chewy or hard food, dental work, facial massage, and sleeping face-down. Do not press where the threads are placed or touch any raised spots. Small dimples, tightness, or left–right differences usually smooth out as swelling subsides.
