AFTERCARE GUIDE

Laser Hair Removal Aftercare Instructions

You received a laser hair removal treatment today.

General care

  • Redness, a burning feeling, goosebump-like swelling, or itching can appear temporarily.
  • On treatment day, avoid hot showers, saunas, hot baths, swimming, and strenuous exercise.
  • Do not scratch or scrub the area; avoid scrubs and peeling products for about a week.
  • Use plenty of moisturizer and sunscreen.
  • Do not pluck or wax hairs — shave only if needed.
  • Before your next session, also avoid waxing, tweezing, or epilating.
  • After facial hair removal, avoid irritating products such as retinol, AHA/BHA, and high-strength vitamin C for 5–7 days.
  • After underarm hair removal, avoid deodorant and perfume for 1–2 days.
  • After Brazilian hair removal, avoid tight underwear and high-friction exercise for 2–3 days.
  • It is normal for hairs not to disappear right away — they shed naturally over 1–2 weeks.
