AFTERCARE GUIDE
Laser Hair Removal Aftercare Instructions
You received a laser hair removal treatment today.
General care
- Redness, a burning feeling, goosebump-like swelling, or itching can appear temporarily.
- On treatment day, avoid hot showers, saunas, hot baths, swimming, and strenuous exercise.
- Do not scratch or scrub the area; avoid scrubs and peeling products for about a week.
- Use plenty of moisturizer and sunscreen.
- Do not pluck or wax hairs — shave only if needed.
- Before your next session, also avoid waxing, tweezing, or epilating.
- After facial hair removal, avoid irritating products such as retinol, AHA/BHA, and high-strength vitamin C for 5–7 days.
- After underarm hair removal, avoid deodorant and perfume for 1–2 days.
- After Brazilian hair removal, avoid tight underwear and high-friction exercise for 2–3 days.
- It is normal for hairs not to disappear right away — they shed naturally over 1–2 weeks.
