General care

• You may wash your face and apply makeup about 2–3 hours after treatment.
• Swelling, bruising, lumpiness, and soreness can appear temporarily.
• Cleanse and apply makeup gently today; do not press or massage the injection sites.
• Avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, hot baths, and strenuous exercise for about a week.
• Meridian massage, facial massage, facials, and laser treatments are recommended after at least 1–2 weeks.
• Collagen boosters show gradual change over weeks to months rather than an immediate shape change.
• Massage instructions differ by product — massage only if specifically instructed by the clinic.
• Please take any prescribed medication.

Care by area

Forehead · Temples

Do not compress the area with hats, headbands, goggles, or sleep masks, and do not sleep face-down.

Nose

Make sure glasses or sunglasses do not press on the nose bridge or tip, and do not blow or touch your nose hard.

Lips

Avoid straws, lip biting, and hot or spicy food for 2–3 days. Postpone dental work that requires opening wide for about a week.

Under-eye · Front cheek

Do not rub your eyes or wear an eye patch, and do not sleep face-down. Swelling can look more pronounced in the morning.

Nasolabial · Marionette · Cheeks

Avoid sleeping on one side of your face and strong facial-expression exercises.

Chin · Jawline

Do not rest your chin on your hand or compress it with helmets or masks. Reduce prolonged chewing of hard food for a few days.

Ears

Do not fold or pull the ears; be careful with headsets, hats, mask straps, and side-sleeping that press on them.

Shoulders

Avoid massage and pressure from heavy bags or tight clothing.

Hips · Pelvis · Body

Avoid shapewear and tight clothing that compress the area, and prolonged lying or sitting on one side.

When to contact us

If pain keeps worsening, the skin turns pale or blotchy, or blisters, vision changes, or severe heat develop, contact the clinic immediately — do not wait.

After nose, nasolabial, or cheek filler: if sudden vision loss, one-sided eye pain, or severe headache occurs, contact or visit the clinic or an emergency room immediately.

After forehead or temple filler: if color changes, pustules, pain, or heat appear on the forehead, contact or visit the clinic or an emergency room immediately.
